Từ bản báo cáo này, bạn có thể tự phân tích và tìm hiểu để loại bỏ các loại Virus thường gặp trên máy.
Nếu phát hiện máy tính bạn gặp vấn đề qua File Log ở trên, bạn có thể bật tất cả các chức năng tự động bảo vệ của PAV 2009, chương trình sẽ tự động sửa chữa tất cả.

Kiểu này thì chạy thế nào

máy của bạn hiện đang chạy quá nhiều proccess nên bị giựt và đơ là phải

bạn remove bớt các chương trình ko cần thiết và disable 1 số chương trình trong startup

vào RUN > msconfig và chọn tab startup để tắt nhé bạn

đó là log máy mình nó sắp đơ, khi khởi động máy lên xài khoảng 30p là máy bị đơ và ko vào được bất cứ chương trình nào---->restar và mọi thứ trở lại bình thường và sau đó bị tiếp

Nếu dùng WIN7 manager thì việc tắt các service sẽ rất đơn giản

Bạn tắt thêm 1 trong 2 cái quét virus nhé : Microsoft Security Essentials or Antivir, 2 cái nó cùng chạy thì ảnh hưởng đến tốc độ của máy.

Tốt nhất bạn dùng WIN 7 Manager và làm làm theo cách ở bài viết trước, or up cái hình lên xem sao

Nguyên tắc chung là chúng ta phải đánh giá cho được khả năng của RAM.
Không nên dùng quá 2 phần mềm tương tự.
Bạn nên xóa bớt một phần mềm vừa cài đặt.
Nhiều khi do nhiệt độ quá cao, kiểm tra quạt.
Có thể do virút.
Có thể còn một số nguyên nhân nữa.

Khi máy bị treo, đừng vội vã tắt máy, hãy chờ 5 phút - có thể máy đang xử lý quá nhiều dữ liệu nên không chịu tiếp nhận những nhiện vụ khác. Nếu bị treo thật, hãy thử ấn vào nút Reset trên máy để đưa hệ thống về trạng thái Stand By (nếu là Laptop-bạn hãy gập[đóng] máy lại), sau đó Reset lại một lần nữa, trong màn hình mới Windows sẽ cho bạn biết có bao nhiêu chương trình đang chạy cùng lúc, bạn nhấp chuột vào tên tài khoản của mình là lại có thể làm việc tiếp.
